Kids DBT Skills Group

DBT skills can improve mindfulness, relationship skills, emotional regulation, and stress management. Join us on Tuesday afternoons to learn and grow together! The fee is $40 per group session. Sessions will be held Tuesday afternoons from 4:00-5:00pm on January 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th.
